TRAINING

I lead OTR Bristol's training and consulting service, Diffusion, which offers practitioners that work with young people CPD in a range of topics. In my time at OTR, I have co-designed and delivered training such as Working Confidently with Gender and Sexuality, Working with Self-harm and Suicidality, and Working with Body Image. I also deliver Network Counselling's introductory courses to the Person-Centred Approach, a foundation course for prospective counselling practitioners.

My approach to training facilitation has parallels to my counselling style. I try to create a warm and supportive learning environment within which participants can reflect deeply and learn from one another.
